WINE
We are pleased to launch the first wine of Zornitza 2022 vintage, which is produced entirely in the Estate’s new winery – the region’s signature Broad-leaved Melnik Vine. In June the limited series of just 700 bottles is at your disposal.
The production part of the Zornitza wines is in the new building near the hotel. There, in addition to the spacious hall for private and corporate events, we invite you in our elegant tasting room, where we will be holding wine tastings from June.
